Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI Settles in ISTBP
(ISTBP December 17th News, Zeng Qi) The opening ceremony of the settlement of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI in CSHT-International Science & Technology Business Platform holds on the morning of December 17th .
CSHT-International Science & Technology Business Platform(International Platform) is initiated by Changsha High-Tech Zone Administrative Committee and operated by Commerce Bureau and Foreign Science & Technology Exchange Centre. International Platform is an open service platform for overseas nonprofit organizations and chambers of commerce, which plays an active role in attracting investment, introducing projects and helping enterprises expand into foreign markets in Changsha and even Hunan. At present, there are 18 associations from different countries and regions settled in International Platform.
As the 18th overseas association settled in the International Platform, Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI—the exchange platform between China(Hunan) and Japan, contributes to the business cooperation, information exchanges of China and Japan in the fields of business and trade, culture and art, education and science & Technology.

In the opening ceremony, more than dozen business representatives from China and Japan gathers together to discuss about potential cooperation and prospect in E-Commerce, tourism and business. Ms. Wang Tingkai, director of Investment Promotion Agency of Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, Mr. Peng Zheng, director of Foreign Economy Cooperation Section of Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, Ms. Guo Xiangli, director of Protocol Division of Foreign Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial Government, Mr. Ye Jingsong, director of Overseas Personnel Management Division of Foreign Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial Government, Ms. Zeng Zhuoran, deputy secretary-general of Hunan People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Mr. Chen Zhiyong, assistant director and investigator of CSHTZ Administrative Committee, Ms. Miao Hua, deputy director of Foreign Affairs Office of Changsha Municipal Government, Mr. Xia Xinru, director of Foreign Trade Sector of Changsha Commerce Bureau, Mr. Maegaga Kunio, chairman of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI and honorary professor of Daito Bunka University, Mr.Nishida Kazunri, vice-chairman of Japan Association of Hunan, Mr. Hashimoto Akio, representative of Japan Shiga in Hunan, and a number of business representatives attend the opening ceremony.
Ms. Wang Tingkai, on behalf of Investment Promotion Agency of Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, congratulates on the settlement of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI and introduces the situation of trade development between China and Japan, “ Now, Hunan has its direct flight to Japan. In the fields of economy and trade, S & T and environment protection, there are more substantial cooperation. The settlement of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI, a well-established platform in CSHTZ, will promote mutual understanding and communication. This is also a historical opportunity for Hunan to improve the construction of opening platforms, enhance its international images and build Hunan an open development province.”
Mr. Chen Zhiyong presents in the opening ceremony, “CSHTZ has early made contacts with Japanese enterprises— HITACHI, TOYO and PEARL-LIGHTING which have already settled in CSHTZ.” “Till October 2016, the import and export volume of Japanese-invested enterprises in CSHTZ has amounted to 56.7 million RMB, increased 53.1% compared with previous year: export volume is 25.31 million RMB, increased 59.7%; import volume is 31.39 million, increased 48.2%.” Mr. Chen Zhiyong also hopes that the settlement of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI will lay a solid foundation to the trade and economy exchanges between CSHTZ and Japan, and keep providing best services for enterprises in CSHTZ to go abroad and introducing more Japanese enterprises to CSHTZ.
Representative of Nonprofit Organization TO SYO KAI said, “CSHTZ is home to over 16000 enterprises. With a strengthened awareness of going abroad and widen view of international globing of enterprises， we promise to provide high quality services and get to know the needs of enterprises in CSHTZ. Also, International Platform gathers so many associations, just like ours, will made joint efforts to develop trade and economic exchanges between China and Japan cause we have the advantages of grouping.”
